Dylan is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He is able to communicate the best way to do an exercise and also makes sure I am following directions. I find my training with him to be most valuable!!! -Delicia

I’m so glad I decided to start training with Dylan. Since then I’ve gotten so much stronger and feel so much better. Dylan is top notch, 10 out of 10 at his job. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and methodical in his approach. I have learned so much and haven’t injured myself (which always scared me about weightlifting).
